G1 - The first Android phone launch
If you were following my Twitters yesterday (and why would you man! :p) you will have noticed that I watched the t-mobile launch of the G1, Google’s first Android OS phone… Here are the bullet points…
- Quad Band GSM and HSDPA & HSUPA, Bluetooth, WiFi and GPS
- GMail is push email and has pressence within your phone book
- UK early November
- Long Tap for second menu (i.e. Cut & Paste)
From what I’ve seen on the web and heard on the grapevine its not to bad… Lets just wait and see what it looks like in the flesh shall we?
