If you were following my Twitters yesterday (and why would you man! :p) you will have noticed that I watched the t-mobile launch of the G1, Google’s first Android OS phone… Here are the bullet points…

• Quad Band GSM and HSDPA & HSUPA, Bluetooth, WiFi and GPS
• GMail is push email and has pressence within your phone book
• UK early November
• Long Tap for second menu (i.e. Cut & Paste)

From what I’ve seen on the web and heard on the grapevine its not to bad… Lets just wait and see what it looks like in the flesh shall we?

With all the problems that Windows Mobile user get when trying to download applications directly from the device its nice to see that the new kid on the block is learning…

However! Help is at hand…

At least they provide a nice lite version with cab’s available to use… Let’s not talk about the fees for us dev’s though eh!
